PSC Public hearing: Monday, April 8

Tell the Public Service Commission: Uphold our right to a clean and healthful environment!

The PSC is holding a public hearing on Monday, April 8th, at 9 am to gather input from members of the public on this matter. Public comments to begin at 10 am.

The hearing will take place in the PSC's Bollinger Conference Room in Helena (1701 Prospect Ave). There will also be a Zoom component. To comment remotely, you will need to email pschelp@mt.gov or call 1–800–646–6150 by 4:30 pm on Friday, April 5th to receive virtual meeting information.

Car pool opportunity! The Montana Chapter of the Sierra Club is taking a bus to Helena on the 8th. The bus will board on Monday, April 8 at 6:45 am, leave at 7:00 am for Helena and return to Missoula by 3:30. The bus will load at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 800 South Avenue West in Missoula. Reserve your seat on the bus here.

Written comments on this petition will be accepted through April 12th. Participation at the hearing will be most impactful (particularly in-person), but written comments are also helpful. Each person will likely be limited to between 2 and 3 minutes for their comments as determined by the PSC on the morning of the hearing. Those who comment at the meeting are encouraged to also submit their comments in writing. Email written comments to pschelp@mt.gov with “Docket 2024.03.028” in the subject line.
