P.A.U.S.E. is a series of mindfulness and self-care gatherings that help participants develop skills for staying grounded during our challenging times. Through guided practices, reflection, and discussion, we’ll explore ways to cultivate resilience, manage stress, nurture personal well-being and built supportive collaboration as a community.
