Help plant Missoula's first Miyawaki forest! These small, dense "microforests" emphasize native plants and grow much faster than a conventional planting. They sequester carbon, offer cooling and shade, battle the urban heat island effect, and provide crucial biodiversity and habitat. Mountain Time Farm and Trees for Missoula invite the public to join in planting one at a FREE party.
Friday-Sunday, May 2-4; drop in anytime between 10 am and 4 pm each day
