Concerned about the climate? Climate Conversations, hosted by Flathead Lakers, offers an open space to connect, learn, share ideas, and discuss meaningful actions. Gatherings will start with a potluck, followed by a special activity and conversation about a local climate issue. 

This month's Climate Conversations will be co-hosted with Families for a Livable Climate focused on building participants' capacity to have productive conversations about climate change across polarization and divides. This month's conversation will explore why people often underestimate how many others share their concerns and, as a result, stay quiet. We'll discuss what's happening in communities across Montana and practice simple, practical skills for having respectful conversations across differences, navigating challenging moments, and staying grounded during difficult discussions. For more information, contact maggie@flatheadlakers.org.
