Families for a Livable Climate and Citizens’ Climate Lobby is thrilled to invite you to a special offering we’re hosting this spring: Regeneration Practices for Resilience & Climate Awareness, a Sunday evening series with mindfulness teacher Lee Klinger Lesser.
Lee has spent nearly five decades guiding people toward awareness, compassion, and resilience through the practice of Sensory Awareness, which she learned directly from its founder, Charlotte Selver. She’s taught around the world - from Zen monasteries to veteran healing circles to programs for wildland firefighters - helping people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the earth.
Each evening begins with a shared dinner and conversation, followed by guided mindfulness practices with Lee that help us release tension, find our footing again, and return to what really nourishes us.
This series is free and open to all - we appreciate any help spreading the word. We encourage you to come to all three sessions, and you are welcome to come to just one or two.
You can learn more about Lee at https://www.returntooursenses.com/
