Upcoming Dates:

Caring about the state or our climate and the world can weigh heavily on our hearts, minds, and bodies. This series offers a welcoming space for anyone—whether you’re taking personal steps toward sustainability, supporting community efforts, or simply feeling the impact of these times—to pause, reconnect, and restore resilience.

Each evening will begin with a shared dinner, creating time to connect with one another, followed by guided sensory awareness practices with Lee Klinger Lesser, a mindfulness teacher with nearly five decades of experience. Together, we’ll explore ways to release tension, ground ourselves, and return to a place of balance and renewal—so that we can continue engaging in the work and care that matters most to us.

Lee is a volunteer with Families for a Livable Climate and has taught around the world, supporting people in finding presence and compassion through embodied practice. Learn more about her work at www.returntooursenses.com.

As we care for our planet and communities, we also need to care for ourselves. We invite you to join us for nourishment—for body, mind, and spirit.
