Please join the Rally to Defend Montana’s Constitution on March 15 in the Capitol Rotunda at noon to let legislators know that we want them to protect our rights - tell them no changes to the Constitution!

What: Our Constitutional rights are under attack. Join the Rally to Defend Montana’s Constitution to let legislators know that we don’t want any changes to our Constitution – tell them to protect our rights!

  • Mae Nan Ellingson, 1972 Constitutional Convention Delegate: speaking on Constitutional intent

  • Jim Nelson, retired Montana Supreme Court Judge: speaking on Judicial Power

  • Roger Sullivan, attorney for the Held v Montana case, and Mica K., a youth plaintiff in the case: speaking on the Right to a Clean & Healthful Environment

  • Rep. SJ Howell, represents Montana House District 95 in the State Legislature.

  • Ta’jin Perez, (Totonac Indigenous) Ta’jin Perez works as the Deputy Director for Western Native Voice.
