Rally to Stop the Federal Reserve Bank in Helena from Funding Fossil Fuel Projects
In the past two years, the Federal Reserve Bank has pumped $2 trillion into the U.S. fossil fuel industry. Yet we know that clean renewable energy is cleaner and cheaper than fossil fuels and we have only 10 years to substantially cut greenhouse gas emissions.
350 Montana is joining clean energy advocates demonstrating at all 24 of our country's Federal Reserve Banks on Earth Day. Join in! Say NO to fossil fuels.
The rally will begin AT NOON AT HILL PARK on the corner of North Park and Neill Avenues and march to the Federal Reserve at 100 Neill Avenue.
Vans and car pools are leaving Missoula and Bozeman for the rally (call 406-880-8320 to join). Helena folks are encouraged to put their lunch hour on Earth Day to good use.
