Earth Day Climate Storytelling

We all have a role to play in solving the climate crisis and building a livable future!

For Earth Day 2022, share your climate story through a short video or audio clip (1-2 minutes). Together with Climate Smart Missoula, we’ll create a compilation of stories to be shared with our community, to inspire others and grow the movement for climate action.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

1. Record a brief (2 minute maximum) video or audio clip of yourself. Tell us:

- How do you feel about the climate crisis at this moment? How has it personally impacted you (directly or indirectly)?

- What does a livable future look like to you, and what role do you hope to play in creating it?

2. Upload your video/audio clip here. If you have any trouble uploading, you can also submit your file(s) to Dropbox.

3. If you submit an audio clip, please also upload a photo of yourself and/or a photo of something related to your climate story.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY STORY?

Stories will be posted via the Montana Climate Stories website, linked via Climate Smart Missoula and Families for a Livable Climate websites, and may be shared on our social media channels.

In addition, some clips (with permission) will be selected to be shown to a live audience in Missoula on Earth Day, April 22nd, as part of Project Earth, a special performance at the Dennison Theater at the University of Montana.
